1. Shopee Return/Refund Conditions

1. Time to request a refund
- For regular orders: You will have 15 days to return the goods from the time the order is updated “Delivered successfully”
- For fresh – frozen food orders : You will have 24 hours to return the goods from the time the order is updated “Delivered successfully”
- For orders shipped by the seller : You can return the goods within about 15 days from the time you click “Received goods” or 20 days from the time the order changes to “pick up successfully” status and you do not click “Has received the goods”
Important: Currently, if you press the “Received” button, you can still return/refund as usual. As long as the product you have received is still within the return period as above. Of course there must be enough reason and evidence to return the goods.
2. Reason you want to return the goods

2. Steps to Return/Refund on Shopee

Step 1: Request a refund
Please open the Shopee App on your phone. At the main interface of the App, click on Me (lower right corner) . Now look at the Purchase Order section and click on “Waiting for delivery” (or “purchase history”).
Find the order you want to pay, then click on the order. When you open your order, at the bottom of the screen there will be a Refund Request section . Please click this button to begin making your return request.
Step 2: Fill in all required information
After clicking Request a refund, you will be taken to an interface like the first image below. You choose the situation corresponding to the case you want to return the goods. Then select the products you want to return in an order containing multiple products. If you order only 1 product, you do not need to choose anything. Next is to fill in the reason for returning the item for a refund.
- Select reason: In the Reason section, click Select reason . On your screen will appear 8 available reasons for you to choose from. If you see a reason that is suitable for the order you want to pay, please click on it.

- Refund to : You can choose to refund to Shopee balance or bank account, e-wallet…

- You get a refund without having to return the goods : In this case, Shopee will refund you within a maximum of 14 days and you will not need to return the product.
- Shopee requires additional evidence to be sent : If the evidence you send is still incomplete. Then you will need to send additional evidence to Shopee.
- Returning goods to Shopee or the seller : This is the most likely case. Within 6 days you need to pack and return the goods to the seller through the instructions on the email sent by Shopee.
