Journey of an order

Understanding the journey of an order will help you easily visualize the processes the order goes through from the time the order is placed until it is delivered to you. This also helps you determine the cause of your order taking a long time to be delivered to you.

The journey of an order on Shopee must go through the following stages:

The order is successfully placed  →  Shopee confirms the order  →  Shopee sends order notification to the seller →  The seller packs the product  →  Delivers the goods to the shipping unit  →  The shipping unit receives the goods  →  Delivers the goods to you .

How to check Shopee orders by phone

Step 1: Log in to your Shopee account

First you need to log in to the Shopee account that purchased the order to check. then go to Me in the lower right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Open the order list

In the purchase order section, you can see the status of the order such as: Waiting for confirmation, Waiting for pickup, Delivering . As shown in the picture, I have several orders in Waiting for delivery status . I clicked on Waiting for delivery to check more details.

Step 3: Select the order you want to check

Click on the name of the order you want to check.

Step 4: Select to view shipping information 

In the Shipping Information section, click on View

Step 6: Check complete shipping information

Currently, Shopee has applied the order locating system nationwide. When you check your order here, you will see your order displayed on the map. Even down to the details of where the truck is being transported, you’ll understand clearly.

However, right now this feature only applies to some test accounts. Even I checked to see if there was an application or not. In the near future, it will apply to all orders.

Once you understand where your order is, you can scroll up a bit to see the timelines. Furthermore, you also know which warehouses the order has gone through and how it is currently moving. When is the expected delivery date?

How to check Shopee orders using a computer

Step 1: Log in to your Shopee account

on the website https://shopee.vn/ . Move the mouse to the account name, select Purchase order

Step 2: Select the order you want to check 

In this section you can also see what status your order is in. Click Order name or View order details

Step 3: View order status details

In this step, if your order is in any stage, the system will light a green button at that stage. Scroll down to the bottom, you will see order details by each timeline. Remember to check your shipping address!

For international orders, there will be 2 shipping stages.

• The first stage is transporting goods from abroad to Vietnam.
• In the second stage, when the goods arrive in Vietnam, the shipping unit will deliver them to you.

You can also check the status of your international order by looking at the delivery details of that order similar to the instructions I have instructed.

How to look up Shopee orders  on the shipping unit’s website

Sometimes Shopee’s system notifies the order status more later than the shipping system, or sometimes you need to know more details about the order status, looking up the order on the shipping unit’s system can help. Transfer will help you solve that problem. To do this, you need to know the shipping unit and bill of lading code, so how do you know?

If the shipping unit is Economy Delivery

Step 1:  First visit the website:  https://Giaohangtietkiem.vn

Step 2: Go to Order Lookup section
Step 3: Enter the bill of lading code then Click on the Find Order box to check the detailed status of your order.

If the shipping unit is  Express Delivery

Step 1:  Go to the website:  https://ghn.vn/

Step 2:  Enter the bill of lading code in the search box.
Step 3:  Click on the magnifying glass icon or press Enter

If the shipping unit is VN Post

Step 1: Go to the website:  http://www.vnpost.vn

Step 2: Click on Lookup – Locate , then enter the postal code.
Step 3:  Click on the magnifying glass icon.
